Tuition and Fees for 2024-2025
Fees: Application, Enrollment, and Administrative Fees are non-refundable.
Returning Families:
- A non-refundable administrative fee of $300 per family is due April 1st for returning families.
New Families:
- Prospective families pay a one-time, non-refundable $150 application fee per family, due with application.
- New families pay the non-refundable $300 administrative fee per family upon enrollment.
Tuition Plans and Payments:
- Annual Prepayment: Tuition paid in full by August 1 will receive a 1% discount.

Monthly Payments: Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st or 15th of each month, July through April or June through May.
- Payments received 10 days after the due date will be assessed a 1% late fee at the end of the month.
Refunds:
Coram Deo Academy hires and plans financially January through May of each year, committing resources for the following year. For this reason, all fees are non-refundable. Because our Collaborative model requires a unique level of commitment, co-teacher training, home involvement, and curricular purchases, if a student withdraws before the end of the year, families will pay tuition for the entire semester in which the student was enrolled, regardless of the withdrawal date.

Books & Supplies
Approximate cost for books and supplies each year is $250-400. Per student book costs may be lower for families with multiple or returning students as some books and resources may be shared or used across multiple grade levels. Most books are individually purchased by families each year, though some texts are purchased by the Academy and rented to students. Cost can be offset by enrollment in Braintree Academy (formerly Tech Trep), Overture Learning, Harmony, or other homeschool initiatives-these are not affiliated with Coram Deo Academy and do not cover tuition or fees.
Uniforms
Approximate annual costs for uniforms is $150-300, depending on items selected. Required uniforms are individually purchased by families from designated sites online.
Activities
Students have many opportunities to participate in numerous enrichment activities and field trips each year. Some activities may have associated costs such as admissions tickets and travel expenses. Participation in many of these activities is not required.
